I am Ricardo Espinoza Segura With 32 years of experience in engineering, construction road, and large-scale earthworks in mining, I’ve held roles from Trainee Engineer to managerial positions in various companies. Highlights include managing major projects for Canadian and Finnish mining firms, leading operations in the Northern Zone for Fe Grande S.A. Currently overseeing the expansion of Glencore Lomas Bayas heap leach pad for ICV.
